Prairie Business Park III

Construction began in November of 2017 on R&R Realty’s 300,000 square-foot warehouse located on S. James Street in Grimes, IA. The building is beginning to take shape, as all concrete foundations are in-place and the steel core of the building is almost 20% complete as of the third week of February. In March, the first of 264 precast concrete panel walls were delivered and set in place. Fast forward to January 2019 and the outside is painted, roads have been paved, and the side is getting its finishing touches.

Once complete, the warehouse will be capable of serving several tenants with storefront facing James Street and docks capable of handling large truck deliveries in the back.
